This Privacy Policy explains how Baito Pay handles information when you use the app.
1. Information Stored by the App
Baito Pay allows users to enter shift information, job names, hourly wages, transportation costs, salary goals, payday settings, shift templates, and related notes.
This information is stored locally on your device. We do not operate our own server to collect or store your salary, shift, job, or template data.
2. Local Storage
The app uses local device storage to save your data so that you can use the app offline. If you uninstall the app or clear app data, your saved data may be deleted from your device.
3. Advertising
Baito Pay may display banner ads using Google AdMob. We do not use full-screen interstitial ads, rewarded video ads, or pop-up ads.
Google AdMob may collect and process information such as device information, advertising ID, approximate location, app interactions, and other data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

4. Internet Access
The app may require internet access to display ads. Salary calculation, shift tracking, job management, templates, and settings are designed to work offline using local storage.
5. No Financial, Legal, Tax, or Employment Advice
Baito Pay is a salary estimation and shift tracking tool. Calculations are based on the information you enter and may not reflect your actual salary, taxes, deductions, employment contract, legal requirements, or visa-related work limits.
You should confirm actual salary, deductions, working rules, and legal requirements with your employer or official sources.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal salary or shift data. Since your shift data is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to it.
Third-party services such as Google AdMob may process data as described in their own privacy policies.
7. Children’s Privacy
Baito Pay is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use digital services. If you are under the applicable age, please use the app only with permission from a parent or guardian.
8. Data Deletion
You can delete your locally stored app data by deleting shifts inside the app, clearing the app’s data from your device settings, or uninstalling the app.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date.
